International Worldwide shipping is typically $25 for 1 hoodie and $30 to ship 2 hoodies.

We ship from Utah.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 4 days of receiving your item.

Please contact us at mexicanthreads@gmail.com with a description of what you want to return or exchange plus your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please do not send your package back without confirmation from us. Buyer pays for return shipping costs and will be refunded the original amount minus original shipping costs and restocking fees of $8 per hoodie (more if they were shipped outside the USA)

Returns must include your order number and name in the package.


We suggest you insure the package via USPS or UPS and purchase tracking services for your protection and save the shipping receipt for your records as we can only process returned merchandise we have received.

If your returned item has any smell of smoke or other odor, it is NOT returnable.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.




All wholesale items and on sale items are FINAL SALE.

EXCHANGES

Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. *Exceptions are made for EXCHANGES on Christmas presents.

Specify the exchange item in your email and send to mexicanthreads@gmail.com and also include that information in your return package.

It's much faster for you to purchase the new hoodie you want and then send back the other one and we will refund you for that one once it arrives.

 

LOST PACKAGES:

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which includes $50 of insurance and tracking. If your package is lost, please email us at mexicanthreads@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to assist you.

We can not be held responsible for packages once your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you can file a claim with USPS directly. This is a very rare occurrence.
